About me

I'm Greta, a visual artist working across watercolor, colored pencil, and handmade crafts.

My work sits somewhere between illustration and fine art. I'm drawn to fantasy, portraiture, and landscape: subjects that make my imagination come alive and bring you to my fantasy world. Every character comes to life after a story popped up in my mind, and it is not only a frame, but the present of a past or an alternative reality. So for me showing you my worls means also host you into my inner vulnerable world built on darkness and light. My medium is mostly paper and canvas, but I am experimenting also clay, trimming, photography and upcycling.

When I'm not painting, I'm usually shaping something with my hands. Clay, mixed media, small objects that blur the line between art and craft.
